Do you enjoy food service and leading a team? Old Carolina Barbecue is currently in search of an Assistant General Manager to service our day-to-day operations. We are looking for people who have a passion for serving great food in a fun environment!
As an Assistant General Manager, responsibilities may include:
- Maintain a clean atmosphere
- Ensure established standards of food safety and sanitation are maintained
- Maintain a working knowledge of all recipes, products, and production procedures
- Develop guest-oriented quality, service, and cleanliness action plans to enhance guest satisfaction
- Develop initiatives to build sales, profitability, and guest counts
- Maintain effective guest satisfaction
- Purchase food products within established guidelines
- Ensure secure, safe handling and transportation of funds
- Miscellaneous tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Dependability
- Planning/Organizational Skills
- Previous restaurant experience is a must
- Previous restaurant supervisory role, preferred
