Your mission
Own the process: operate equipment, follow the playbook, and make quality your signature.
How you will contribute
- Operate and continuously monitor manufacturing and processing machines.
- Execute stepbystep work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Load inputs and remove parts and materials from equipment as needed.
- Watch set points and process conditions; flag and report abnormalities.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections with basic measuring tools.
- Detect defects or process problems and notify the appropriate supervisor or technician.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.
- Partner closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Comply with all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
What you need to succeed
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to run industrial equipment.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
- Comfort working independently and as part of a team.
- Consistent, reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
