Logoplaste is looking for a night shift Maintenance Technician at our Lima, OH location!
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all equipment to meet or exceed company established OEE expectations and customer quality expectations
- Follow Lockout/Tag out Policy
- Proactive in addressing unsafe conditions on production equipment
- Process production equipment and maintain documentation to support process changes
- Proactive in addressing inefficiencies of production equipment
COMPENTENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years relevant manufacturing experience in plastics technology or a similar technical area
- Ability to clearly communicate technical system issues
- Strong mechanical maintenance experience and strong knowledge hand and power tools
- Demonstrated understanding of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Good working knowledge of computer systems, including MS Office and SAP
- Good “hands on” working approach
- Able to work independently, identify problems and improve
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and work well under pressure
