Set up and operate CNC and/or manual brake press machines.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work orders, and specifications.
Measure and inspect parts to ensure conformance to required tolerances.
Select proper tooling and machine settings for various bending operations.
Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections.
Work with a variety of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized steel.
Maintain production efficiency while ensuring product quality.
Identify and report equipment, material, or quality concerns.
Assist with material handling and organization of work areas.
Keep workstations clean and maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and customer expectations.
