We’re growing our sales team and looking formotivated people with outside sales experience.

Experience inroofing, siding, and home renovationsis a big plus.

This is a Commission Based Pay Scale, No Base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Exterior Inspections:Meet face-to-face with local homeowners to inspect and evaluate siding, painting, windows, roofing, and gutters.
  • Deliver Honest Consultations:Build immediate rapport by understanding a client's specific aesthetic goals, structural concerns, and budget.
  • Build & Present Detailed Estimates:Work alongside our project management team to generate transparent proposals onsite at the first meeting.
  • Negotiate & Close:Confidently handle objections, explain warranty coverages, and secure the contract.
  • Create thorough Work Orders:Organize a clear scope of work, including all facets of the scope of work discussed and agreed to with the homeowner for Production Handoff.
  • Be the Primary Advocate:Act as the trusted point of contact from initial consultation until the final project walkthrough.
  • Collaborative Alignment:Attend mandatory weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions at our office to review pipeline performance, share best practices, sharpening product knowledge and skillset.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • The "Accountable" Mindset:A competitive, goal-driven individual who values integrity, punctuality, and clear communication.
  • Experience:Previous experience in construction estimating, outside sales, or a customer-facing role is highly preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
  • Tech-Savvy & Communication Tools:Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM and Estimating platforms to update customer pipeline data. A functioning smartphone with an active data plan is required to access company systems and communicate with clients in the field.
  • Scheduling/Availability/Transportation:Flexible schedule with standard availability required Mon-Fri to accommodate pre-set homeowner appointments. Reliable transportation is a must.
  • Professional Attire:Clean and Sharp is a must; company shirts will be provided.
  • Physical & Mobility Benchmarks:
  • Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle to travel within your assigned sales territory.
  • Stamina to perform basic property inspections, including the physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and safely navigate exterior spaces.
  • Language:Highly effective verbal communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish fluency is a major advantage.
