Data Entry Clerk – High Volume Processing

Location: San Antonio, TX
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

We are seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Clerks to assist with high-volume data processing and administrative support related to voter registration operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Enter, review, and update information in electronic databases.
• Process high volumes of records and documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with voter registration data processing and record maintenance.
• Verify information for completeness and accuracy.
• Organize, scan, and maintain electronic and physical records.
• Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to maintain productivity while processing large volumes of information.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
