Technology Infrastructure Manager

Precision Resources, a division of Trimarc Group, Inc., is seeking an accomplished IT Infrastructure Manager for an immediate ONSITE permanent position in Dothan, Alabama. This leadership position is responsible for the dependable delivery of enterprise technology services and the strategic oversight of cloud and on-premises infrastructure. The IT Infrastructure Manager will direct the evaluation, implementation, maintenance, and support of business-critical systems while collaborating with IT leadership to fulfill service commitments and advance the organization’s evolving technology priorities. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience, strong organizational and team-development capabilities, and exceptional communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $120,000–$135,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic leadership, direction, and operational oversight for the Systems department.
•Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Systems Engineers and Systems
•Establish priorities, allocate resources, and monitor the successful delivery of IT projects and operational initiatives assigned to the Systems department.
•Ensure the systems technology stack supports business operations through a reliable, resilient, secure, and cost-effective environment that meets established service expectations.
•Conduct recurring security assessments and vulnerability reviews to strengthen the organization’s security posture and support compliance requirements.
•Maintain secure, efficient, and highly available systems infrastructure that supports enterprise operations and the Applications
•Assess the current technology environment, identify opportunities to improve processes and performance, manage key vendor relationships, and expand team capabilities.
•Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to develop, maintain, and test enterprise business-continuity and disaster-recovery strategies.

Technical Qualifications
Preferred candidates will have experience with a broad range of enterprise technologies, including VMware, IBM iSeries, IBM Power Systems, Cisco UCS, Rubrik, Zerto, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, BeyondTrust Password Safe, Mimecast, KACE, Windows Server, Windows Domain Services, Exchange Online, and SharePoint.
