Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, and other communication channels regarding orders, product information, and account inquiries.
• Provide updates on order status, order history, and order modifications.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and questions professionally and efficiently.
• Process transactions including refunds, exchanges, replacements, and promotional offers.
• Educate customers on available products, services, promotions, and special events.
• Support marketing initiatives and new product launches.
• Build positive customer relationships through active listening and problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate customer records and transaction documentation.
• Prepare reports and correspondence as needed.
• Perform additional customer support and administrative duties as assigned.

Previous customer service, call center, retail support, or related experience preferred.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining professionalism.

Comfortable navigating multiple systems and learning new technology.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
