We are seeking a Generaly Assembly Associate. This role is responsible for assembling vehicle components, performing quality inspections, and maintaining safe and efficient production operations. Job DutiesAssemble and install vehicle components according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Read and follow written assembly instructions, production guidelines, and safety procedures
Perform routine equipment inspections and cleaning to support continuous production
Inspect assembled components for defects, irregularities, and quality concerns
Identify and escalate defective materials, equipment issues, and production discrepancies
Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations throughout assigned shifts
Follow established manufacturing processes to meet production and quality standards
Required:
Ability to read and follow written assembly instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures and manufacturing quality standards
Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks involving bending, reaching, and kneeling
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb steps as required
Ability to perform basic visual quality inspections and identify defective components
Ability to work a 40-hour schedule with overtime, including approximately two Saturdays per month during Q4
Desired:
High School Diploma or GED
At least 6 months of consistent work experience in manufacturing, retail, food service, or a similar environment
Previous experience in automotive assembly, manufacturing, or production operations
Familiarity with assembly line processes and production equipment
Experience using basic hand tools or assembly equipment
Knowledge of routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance procedures
