Dining Room Server FT

Aspen Alcove Senior Living is looking for a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Full-Time Dining Room Server to join our team!

As a Dining Room Server, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming dining experience for our residents. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with seniors, takes pride in providing excellent service, and brings a positive attitude to work each day.

• Provide friendly, respectful, and attentive service to residents during meals

• Take meal orders and accurately deliver food and beverages

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room

• Set and clear tables before and after meals

• Assist residents with their dining needs while maintaining dignity and respect

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and dining procedures

• Work cooperatively with kitchen and senior living staff

• Help create a warm and enjoyable mealtime experience for our residents

• Friendly, patient, and compassionate personality

• Dependable and punctual

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work well as part of a team

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Previous restaurant, serving, or senior living experience is a plus, but not required

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required for the position
