We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of positions across multiple departments. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and can manage multiple openings and shifting priorities with professionalism and urgency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and hiring timelines.
- Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity.
- Monitor pre-employment screening activities, including background checks and onboarding requirements.
- Support hiring events, job fairs, networking opportunities, and community outreach initiatives.
- Provide hiring managers with candidate recommendations and recruiting updates.
- Assist with recruiting process improvements and other talent acquisition projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, human resources, or related experience.
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Excellent phone, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
