Shipping Associate - (Pharma/GMP)

This position is responsible for the shipping of inventory by ensuring the accuracy of all contents to be sent prior to pick up.This position is required to be on site in Malvern, PA.

Your role at Clinigen:

• Prepares andverifies the pack-out ofdomestic and international shipments
• Completesand reviews shipping documents, reports, memos,and correspondence
• Prepares and maintains shipping supplies
• Partners withother members of the Operations Departmenttoaddress andresolve concernspriortoshipment
• Learnsand adheresto Good Documentation Practices (GDP), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and CSM’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should have:

• 1 year experience performing shipping duties
• 1 year of experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), or Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
