Senior Operations Analyst

Busy Security Firm is looking for a senior level manager to oversee 5 junior managers and 200+ security guards. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining control and quality assurance structure, overseeing and assigning work of managers, reviewing and approving weekly schedules and personnel changes, conducting job interviews for new candidates and ensure reliable operation of the company. Job will be 80% in the office and 20% in the field.

Requirements:

Prior law enforcement experience in a supervisory position preferred.

Prior experience managing a large group of people at multiple locations.

Ability to muti-task and be very organized.

Must have experience in management at senior level.

Job location is in Brooklyn (Sheepshead Bay area). Proposed starting pay is $60,000.00 per year. Work schedule is anticipated to be 9:00AM-5:00PM with occasional extra duties as needed.
