Position Overview The Instructional Designer will design, develop, and implement engaging learning solutions that support organizational objectives. The role requires expertise in adult learning principles, eLearning development, curriculum design, and project management. The individual will work closely with SMEs and stakeholders to create scalable training programs using tools such as
Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) and
Camtasia.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct learning needs analyses and recommend appropriate training solutions.
- Design and develop eLearning courses, videos, curricula, storyboards, and supporting materials.
- Create blended learning programs including instructor-led, virtual, microlearning, and self-paced training.
- Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously.
- Perform editing, quality assurance, and content reviews.
- Ensure training materials align with organizational standards, branding, and DEI initiatives.
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders throughout the design and development process.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning solutions.
Required Skills & Experience Instructional Design
- 4+ years of instructional design experience.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience with training needs analysis, curriculum development, and learning evaluation.
- Ability to develop learning solutions from concept through implementation.
