Power Cutter / CNC Cutting Machine Operator – 1st Shift

Color Direct, Inc., a growing Milwaukee printing and manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Power Cutter / CNC Cutting Machine Operator to join our 1st shift production team.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating a guillotine/power cutter, CNC cutting machine, bindery equipment, or similar programmable production machinery. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable setting up equipment, making adjustments, and troubleshooting problems as they arise.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience operating a guillotine/power cutter, CNC cutting machine, bindery equipment, or similar programmable production equipment
  • Experience setting up and adjusting machinery to meet job specifications
  • Mechanically inclined with good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
  • Able to work on your feet for an eight-hour shift
  • Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
  • Receptive to constructive feedback and willing to learn new equipment and processes
  • Takes initiative and maintains a positive, team-oriented attitude

If you have experience operating power cutting, CNC cutting, bindery, or similar production machinery and take pride in producing accurate, quality work, we encourage you to apply. Experience in printing or bindery is helpful, but candidates with relevant CNC or other precision cutting experience are also encouraged to apply.
