Machine Operator

Location: Neenah, WI – Onsite
Pay Rate: $25.25/hr
Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating 12-hour shifts (6 AM–6 PM / 6 PM–6 AM)
Schedule includes: Nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Job Summary

We are looking for a Machine Operator to safely operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in a high-speed industrial environment.

Candidates with manufacturing, mechanical, automotive, forklift, tractor, or similar hands-on experience are encouraged to apply. Machine operating experience is preferred, but candidates with strong mechanical experience who are willing to learn may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and perform basic repairs.
  • Perform quality checks throughout the shift.
  • Maintain production, waste, delay, and quality records.
  • Use quality systems, scales/weighers, and metal detectors.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and PPE requirements.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • 1–3 years of manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, or related experience.
  • Basic computer skills, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to work a 2-2-3 rotating 12-hour schedule.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, twist, stoop, crouch, climb stairs, and frequently grip.
  • Comfortable working around noise, dust, and some chemicals.
  • Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe shoes.

Preferred Experience

  • Machine or manufacturing equipment operation
  • Mechanical or automotive repair
  • Forklift or tractor operation
  • Equipment troubleshooting and basic repair
  • Strong mechanical aptitude

Additional Information

  • Training will be provided on day shift during the first few days/week.
  • Candidates will then move to their assigned 2-2-3 rotating shift.
  • Safety glasses and hearing protection are provided.
  • Steel-toe shoes are required and must be provided by the candidate.
