Position: Entry-Level Insurance Account Manager Assistant

Location: White River Junction, VT

Pay:$42,900/year + benefits!

Experience/Education:High school diploma, 2 years of college, or 2 years of experience in the insurance industry is preferred.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Greene Resources is seeking an Entry-Level Insurance Account Manager Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Create and maintain market submissions, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of information between your team and insurance companies.
• Access insurance company websites to quote new and renewal insurance business.
• Correspond with insurance carriers to obtain loss history reports, experience modification worksheets, and finalized proposals.
• Update the Epic agency management system to reflect all correspondence and results.
• Offer current market guidance to Account Managers and Client Executives.
• Attend in-person and virtual meetings/trainings/special events held by insurance companies.
• Take notes during in-person and virtual meetings/trainings/special to share essential information with the department.
• Create and distribute Certificates of insurance.
• Assist with other projects as assigned by manager.

Position Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to navigate vendor or agency management systems as applicable.
• Proficiency in Applied / Epic or ability to learn these programs.
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
• Ability to manage client needs and multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
