Now Hiring: Starbucks General Manager – Marathon, FL (Florida Keys)
$60,000 – $65,000 + performance bonus
Love the Keys and want to grow your career without leaving them? Startouch One, a licensed Starbucks operator, is looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead our Starbucks store in Marathon. You'll run a store in your own community, serving locals and visitors alike, with the support of an established multi-unit team behind you.
Location: This role is based in Marathon, FL. Keys residents are strongly preferred. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the store daily and be available for early openings, closings, and weekend shifts.
Commuting from another Key? We offer a mileage allowance per mile for managers commuting from outside Marathon.
Moving to the Keys? Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates relocating to the area.
Training: Paid training takes place at our South Miami location for the first 45 days. We provide millage reimbursement or lodging during training. After that, you'll return to lead your home store in Marathon.
What You'll Do
- Run daily store operations and set the standard for the guest experience
- Hire, train, and develop a strong local team
- Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and cost controls
- Drive sales, speed of service, and operational excellence
- Build a positive, team-first culture and connect with the Marathon community
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of restaurant, caf, or retail management experience (Starbucks or QSR experience a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-first mindset
- Comfort with P&L, labor, and inventory management
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
What We Offer
- $60,000 – $65,000 salary
