Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday

Work Requirements

• Previous manufacturing leadership or lead experience preferred
• Experience working in machining or production environments preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~10 during daily production
• Monitor production output, quality, and safety performance
• Provide training, guidance, and support to operators
• Assist with troubleshooting production issues and escalating concerns as needed
• Ensure production goals and schedules are met
• Promote a positive, accountable team culture

Position Overview

The Production Team Lead oversees daily operations for a team of 6-8 Machine Operators within the injection molding department. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing leadership experience who can drive productivity, maintain quality standards, and help develop a high-performing team.
