What You'll Do
At Caliente Tex-Mex, no two days are the same! As a Server, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests while also contributing to our catering services. Here’s a glimpse of your responsibilities:
- Restaurant Service:
- Greet guests warmly and deliver attentive, friendly service.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure prompt delivery.
- Keep the dining area clean, organized, and inviting.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties.
- Catering Delivery:
- Prepare, organize, and package catering orders for delivery.
- Safely and accurately deliver catering orders to customers across Houston.
- Assist with catering setup at customer locations when needed.
- Represent Caliente Tex-Mex professionally during deliveries.
- Support your team during busy shifts.
What We're Looking For

- Required:
- A reliable personal vehicle for catering deliveries.
- A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance suitable for delivery use.
- Dependability, punctuality, and availability for scheduled catering deliveries.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Ability to lift and transport catering trays, food containers, and supplies.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Must meet legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
- Preferred:
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.
- A passion for providing top-notch service to our guests.
