Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience
Experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills and lathes
Experience with tool change-outs, offsets, adjustments, and CNC programming
Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, and machining specifications
Strong knowledge of GD&T, orthographic drawings, reference planes, and machining parameters
Experience troubleshooting machining processes and reprogramming controls when necessary
Experience working with different types of materials and understanding how they react during machining
Ability to use basic math, geometry, and trigonometry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
