We are hiring a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Houston, TX. As an RBT at Smilestones ABA, you will work directly with children receiving ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Smilestones ABA, you will be responsible for:

• Providing one-on-one ABA therapy

• Implementing individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs

• Collecting accurate session and behavioral data

• Following treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA

• Helping clients develop communication, social, daily living, and other essential skills

• Maintaining professional and compassionate interactions with clients and families

• Collaborating with BCBAs and other members of the clinical team

• Participating in ongoing training and supervision

• Following all clinical, ethical, safety, and confidentiality requirements

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Passion for working with children and helping them succeed

• Dependable, professional, patient, and compassionate

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work in person in Houston, TX 77034

• Ability to meet applicable background check and employment requirements
