Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Lab Assistant to support daily laboratory operations. This position will focus on accurate data entry, recordkeeping, sample tracking, and document organization. The ideal candidate is organized, computer-savvy, and comfortable working with numbers and technical information.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter laboratory results and sample information.
• Review records for errors, missing information, and inconsistencies.
• Maintain laboratory logs, spreadsheets, and electronic files.
• Assist with Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and sample documentation.
• Verify batch, container, sample, and customer information.
• Organize and maintain laboratory records.
• Assist with sample tracking and routine laboratory support.
• Follow all quality, safety, confidentiality, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent data-entry and computer skills.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working with numbers and technical information.
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred.
• Previous laboratory, data entry, quality control, or administrative experience is a plus.
