Sign Runner – Real Estate (Flexible Schedule)
Amanda Miller Realty Group is looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual to assist with real estate sign installations, removals, and occasional property-related tasks.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible, part-time work or additional income, similar to DoorDash or other independent delivery services.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and return real estate signs and lockboxes at our Chalmette office.
- Install and remove real estate signs at properties.
- Occasionally take property photos or measurements when requested.
- Travel to properties throughout St. Bernard Parish and surrounding areas.
- Complete assignments promptly and communicate when tasks are finished.
Compensation:
- $15 per completed stop.
- Additional mileage reimbursement for approved travel outside your designated local service area.
- Flexible, assignment-based work.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift, carry, and install real estate signs.
- Dependable, organized, and responsive to calls and texts.
- Smartphone capable of taking and sending photos.
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments on time.
Location: Chalmette, LA (sign pickup location)
Schedule: Flexible, as-needed assignments.
