Clinical Access Case Manager (RN)

Career Land Center is hiring for a Clinical Access Case Manager (RN) for a 198-bed Level III trauma center in Farmington, NM.

This facility-wide role focuses on utilization review and management across all patient populations and service lines. You will use InterQual for clinical decision support, support care transitions, and make sure documentation meets clinical criteria. You will work in Cerner and coordinate across departments to promote appropriate use of resources.

Requirements

• ADN or higher with an RN license
• At least 2 years of acute care experience
• Proficiency in InterQual and Utilization Review / Management
• Experience with CCM, ACM or Milliman is an advantage
• BLS on submission; other certifications can be obtained after hire
• New Mexico or compact licensure is not required to apply, but must be obtained before the start date
