What you'll do

• Process and reconcile a high volume of corporate credit card transactions and employee expense reports in Concur
• Review expenses for accuracy, proper coding, receipts, and policy compliance
• Follow up with employees on missing receipts, approvals, and expense questions
• Reconcile credit card statements and resolve discrepancies
• Support accounts payable processing and month-end close as needed

What you'll bring

• Hands-on experience with SAP Concur (required)
• Experience processing high-volume credit card and expense transactions
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Clear, friendly communication with employees at all levels
• Comfort with Excel
