Work Schedule: Hybrid Format | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Job Description: The Senior Account Executive, Membership will focus on driving new business growth through a consultative sales approach while building trusted relationships with senior executives and board members. This role blends strategic selling with long-term relationship management and is ideal for a polished sales professional comfortable engaging with C-suite leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new membership accounts within an assigned territory
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand organizational goals and recommend tailored solutions
• Own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through closing
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive leaders and board members
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and documentation within the CRM
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior sales or membership development staff
• Stay current on industry trends, offerings, and evolving sales strategies

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of B2B Sales experience ideally within membership-based, professional services, or consultative sales environments
• Experience engaging C-Suite Executives/Senior Leadership/Boards of Directors within the Fortune 500 space
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree required (business, marketing, or related field preferred)
