What a Typical Shift Looks Like
- Start by reviewing work orders, blueprints, and specifications to understand tolerances and machining requirements.
- Operate Haas CNC machines and keep a close eye on cycle performance and output.
- Monitor in-process quality, making necessary machine adjustments to hold standards.
- Handle routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to keep equipment operating reliably.
- Work safely and follow all quality procedures from first article through final part.
- Collaborate with teammates to streamline workflows and improve throughput.
- Record production data accurately and maintain clear documentation of completed work.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional CNC machining certification is a plus.
- Hands-on experience running Haas CNC machines or comparable equipment.
- Solid grasp of machining processes, tooling, and common materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specs.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on high-quality output.
- Strong problem-solver who can work independently and within a team.
- Willing and able to work 2nd shift with flexibility for changing schedules.
