This is an opportunity to get out in the field, tour properties, meet clients, and gain practical real estate experience without spending your day making cold calls.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

Compensation:

$125,500 - $192,500 at plan earnings


Responsibilities:
  • Guide potential buyers through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable.
  • Collaborate with our team to schedule and coordinate showings, maximizing efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, answering questions and providing insights about properties and neighborhoods.
  • Assist clients in understanding the home-buying process, offering support and guidance every step of the way.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, fostering trust and encouraging future business opportunities.
  • Stay informed about the local real estate market, sharing relevant updates with clients to aid their decision-making.
  • Follow up with prospective buyers after showings, maintaining open lines of communication and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse clients.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate market trends.
  • Comfortable using technology to enhance client interactions and streamline processes.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
