Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise on federal tax issues involving public finance and infrastructure financing transactions.
Support complex tax-exempt financing transactions.
Analyze tax considerations related to public finance structures and infrastructure projects.
Research and advise on applicable federal tax laws and regulations.
Collaborate with experienced tax attorneys on sophisticated financing matters.
Assist with tax issues involving tax credits, tax-exempt organizations, financial products, and IRS audits, as applicable.
3+ years of tax law experience focused on public finance and infrastructure financing.
Strong knowledge of federal tax law and tax-exempt financing transactions.
Experience advising on tax issues related to public finance transactions.
Excellent legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with tax credits, Section 501(c)(3) organizations, financial products, or IRS audits is a plus.
$250,000–$350,000 Base Salary
