Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, fluid checks to prevent equipment failures.
- Fabricate custom parts or modifications using welding, soldering, hand tools, and power tools to meet specific operational needs.
- Repair and maintain diesel and gasoline engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
- Operate machinery safely during troubleshooting or repair processes while adhering to safety protocols.
- Interpret technical schematics and electrical diagrams to accurately diagnose issues with industrial equipment or vehicle systems.
- Lead the assembly and disassembly of complex machinery and equipment components.
- Provide exceptional service by communicating repair status clearly and offering maintenance advice to our team members.
Skills
- Extensive experience with medium sized industrial equipment and diagnostics.
- Proficiency in fabrication techniques including welding and soldering; capable of using power tools effectively.
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, and repair standards.
- Ability to read schematics and electrical diagrams for troubleshooting complex systems.
- Hands-on experience with hydraulic systems, and diesel engine repairs.
- Mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience; capable of performing service technician duties efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with heavy lifting capabilities for handling large components safely.
