Call Center Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our growing team in Bluffton, SC! In this role, you'll be the friendly voice of our brand, helping customers navigate their shower remodeling journey from first call to final decision. $18 - $25 an hour

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

• Educate prospective customers on our products and remodeling services

• Schedule in-home consultations and appointments for the sales team

• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM System

• Meet and exceed daily and weekly call volume and appointment- setting goals

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections with confidence and empathy

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Clear, professional communication. They speak clearly, listen actively, and adjust their tone to the caller, staying calm and courteous even with a frustrated customer. They can explain information simply and confirm that the caller understood.

• Solving problems and resolving issues. They work out what the customer actually needs, use the available tools and knowledge base to fix it on the first call when they can, and know when and how to escalate an issue that’s beyond their authority.

• Reliability and meeting performance standards. They show up on time for scheduled shifts, follow call scripts and compliance procedures, and meet targets such as call handling time, quality scores and customer satisfaction. They also keep accurate notes in the system after every call.
