Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney – Dallas

Direct Counsel is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join the Dallas office of a highly regarded national law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven litigator who thrives in a team-oriented, client-facing environment and is looking to grow within a collaborative, high-performing practice.

About the Role
  • Join a dynamic Commercial Litigation team handling complex, high-stakes matters across industries.

  • Work side-by-side with senior attorneys and shareholders on everything from discovery and depositions to oral arguments and brief writing.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.

  • Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.

  • Experience managing cases, including depositions, discovery (both party and third-party), and motion practice.

  • J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

  • Licensed and in good standing in Texas (or in the process of becoming admitted).

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $200,000 – $280,000, depending on experience.
