Simulation Engineering Lead

Responsibilities:

• Own customer engagements from discovery through deployment.
  
• Lead cross-functional engineering, AI/ML, data, and product teams.
  
• Translate complex customer challenges into technical solutions.
  
• Manage project execution, priorities, milestones, and customer expectations.
  
• Partner with customers and internal teams to drive successful implementation.
  
• Contribute to product strategy based on customer and market needs.
  
• Support technical proposals, SOWs, and business development activities.
  

Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of experience in engineering, technical program management, solutions engineering, or a related field.
  
• Strong background in engineering, simulation, AI/ML, or computational science.
  
• Experience with Python, simulation tools, data, and/or AI/ML workflows.
  

• Strong customer-facing and cross-functional leadership skills.
  
• Experience with digital twins, multiphysics, or engineering software is a plus.
  

Requirements
• MS/PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field preferred.
  
• Willingness to travel as needed.
