Responsibilities:
- Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care
- Support medication dispensing, management, and clinical pharmacy services
- Participate in long-term care pharmacy services, pill pack programs, and telepharmacy operations
- Lead and mentor pharmacy staff while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture
Qualifications:
- Active Iowa Pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain one
- Pharmacy management experience is preferred but not mandatory
