Financial Services Transactions Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Financial Services Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join the growing Financial Services Transactions practice of a nationally recognized law firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial finance attorney to take on sophisticated lender and borrower representations while becoming a key member of an expanding practice.

The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience representing banks, non-bank lenders, and borrowers in complex commercial finance transactions, including bilateral and syndicated facilities. Attorneys will have substantial involvement throughout the transaction lifecycle, from structuring and drafting through negotiation, diligence, and closing.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of commercial finance experience

• Substantive experience representing banks, non-bank lenders, and/or borrowers

• Experience with bilateral and syndicated commercial loan transactions

• Experience with asset-based and cash flow facilities preferred

• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and hardworking

• Georgia bar admission, or ability to become admitted in Georgia, required
