Senior Manufacturing Recruiter

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Recruiter to join our team in the Waco, TX area. This individual will specialize in recruiting and interviewing skilled technical and professional-level talent within manufacturing, including Engineers, Maintenance and Technical professionals, Supervisors, Managers, and other hard-to-fill positions.
This is not an entry-level recruiting position. We are looking for someone who understands the manufacturing environment, can confidently interview experienced professionals, and knows how to identify top talent beyond simply reviewing a resume.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Technical, Operations, Supervisory, and Management-level positions
- Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate candidates' technical experience, qualifications, accomplishments, and overall fit
- Source both active and passive candidates through recruiting platforms, networking, referrals, and other sourcing methods
- Review resumes and determine whether candidates truly meet the technical and professional requirements of each position
- Work directly with hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical skills, experience, and the type of candidate needed
- Present qualified candidates professionally with detailed and accurate interview notes
- Manage multiple skilled, technical, and professional openings simultaneously
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting and interview process
- Develop recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill and highly specialized positions
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of manufacturing and professional talent
Qualifications
- Manufacturing recruiting experience is required
- Strong experience recruiting skilled, technical, engineering, and/or professional-level positions
- Must be comfortable interviewing Engineers and experienced manufacturing professionals
- Strong understanding of manufacturing environments and terminology
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify talent beyond traditional job-board applicants
- Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with candidates, clients, and hiring managers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and positions in a fast-paced environment
- Staffing agency recruiting experience is a plus
Compensation
$25.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
