Logistics, Energy & Manufacturing Litigation Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join a nationally recognized law firm’s Logistics, Energy & Manufacturing Litigation Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator who wants meaningful responsibility, hands-on courtroom experience, and exposure to complex matters with a national scope.

The attorney will work on an active and varied federal and state court practice, with opportunities to take ownership of matters involving transportation, tort, motor carrier defense, and insurance coverage disputes. Candidates with a transportation litigation background will be especially well positioned for this role.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of litigation experience

• Transportation litigation experience strongly preferred

• Experience with tort matters, motor carrier defense, and/or insurance coverage disputes is a significant plus

• Practical experience handling depositions, discovery, and motion practice

• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills

• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage matters independently

• Georgia Bar admission required
