Job Summary: This position is responsible for supporting the Service Department with parts quotes for
for needed repairs, through our proven process.

Essential Duties:
- Organize and maintain a quote system for the service department to include parts pricing and availability for potential repair orders.
- Keep accurate records of repair orders and other transactions, while managing paperwork flow and becoming efficient in researching part numbers through catalogs and the internet.
- Check the status of repairs, by walking around the shop floor.
- Be proficient in using the internet, corresponding to emails, and managing phone calls.
- Must have great organizational skills and will require the individual to be a strong self-starter.

Education and Experience:
- Education – High School diploma or GED; 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training.
Physical Environments:
- Noise levels are moderate to high at times in a shop environment.
- The physical exertion may be heavy at times, may require lifting 100 pounds.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
