CNC Machinist - Direct Hire - Pay Based on Experience

A client of ours is hiring CNC Machinists for 2nd and 3rd shift. This is a direct hire, permanent position with a 4-day work week, excellent benefits, profit sharing, and opportunities for advancement through hands-on training.
Pay and Schedule
- Pay based on experience
- 2nd shift: 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, plus $1.50/hr shift differential
- 3rd shift: 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, plus $2.00/hr shift differential
- No 1st shift positions available

What You Will Do
- Assist with CNC machining, drilling, milling, and turning
- Sharpen and maintain tooling using precision grinding equipment
- Build, repair, and maintain molds and tooling
- Set up CNC machines and make program adjustments
- Read prints and use precision measuring equipment
- Maintain quality standards and a clean, safe work area
What You Bring

Nice to Have
- Trade school or technical training in machining, manufacturing, or Tool & Die
- CNC machining or programming experience
- Previous machine shop or manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with measuring equipment
