Position Overview

We’re looking for an Insulation Technician to join our growing team. This position is hands-on, physical and rewarding. You’ll work with cellulose, spray foam, fiberglass and other materials to insulate and improve homes and buildings across the region.

Experience in insulation or construction is great, but not required. If you have a strong work ethic, a good attitude and the desire to learn, we’ll provide the training and tools to help you succeed. You’ll start on cellulose and site work and train up into spray foam.

This is a full-time, year-round position based out of La Crosse, WI, with work mostly throughout the Coulee Region.

What You’ll Do

• Install insulation materials, including cellulose, fiberglass and spray foam, on residential and light commercial projects
• Help with jobsite setup, cleanup and daily efficiency
• Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and responsibly
• Work in attics, crawlspaces, basements and new builds
• Follow safety standards and company protocols
• Represent Ultimate Insulation professionally with homeowners and contractors
• Take pride in your work and craftsmanship

Requirements

• Experience in insulation or construction preferred, but not required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
• Comfortable in attics, crawlspaces and on ladders
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Positive attitude, reliability and a team-first mindset
