What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re looking for a Linux Infrastructure/Production Support Engineer to support a large on-premises platform environment. You’ll monitor system health, troubleshoot Linux-based VMs and containers, respond to production incidents and outages, perform maintenance and upgrades, and manage ServiceNow tickets within SLA requirements. This is a hands-on operations and production support role, not a development, cloud engineering, or architecture position.
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of relevant infrastructure/production support experience
- Strong hands-on Linux troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting on-premises infrastructure
- Experience troubleshooting VM/server environments
- Production support, platform support, or infrastructure operations experience
- Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM/ticketing system
- Experience with system monitoring, alerting, and incident response
- Strong communication and ability to work across technical teams
Nice-to-Haves:
- Kubernetes or container platform experience
- Middleware experience such as WebLogic or WebSphere
- Ansible, scripting, or automation experience
- Redis experience
