Interested in music, strategy, and the business behind the release? Too Lost is looking for driven interns to join our summer program and gain hands-on experience across our LA and NY teams. This is a chance to learn how a modern music distribution company supports artists and partners through strategy, marketing, operations, and deal execution.
As our Business Development Intern you will work closely with the Business Development team to support partnership initiatives, market analysis, pipeline management, and cross-functional execution tied to the company’s growth strategy. This internship offers hands-on experience in how partnerships are sourced, evaluated, and advanced within a fast-moving music and technology environment. Interns will build practical skills in research, coordination, and strategic problem-solving while gaining exposure to the pace and collaboration required to drive business growth.
What You’ll DoToo Lost is a music distribution company rooted in creativity, collaboration, and a deep respect for the artists and teams we serve. Interns will have the opportunity to see how music projects move from strategy to execution and gain exposure to the many moving parts behind successful releases and partnerships. The goal is to offer an experience that is both educational and meaningful, with work that contributes to the team and helps interns build industry-relevant skills.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and encourage candidates with different academic paths, creative interests, and career goals to apply.
