Position Overview
Premier Workforce is recruiting motivated college students and recent graduates for a growing, established Indianapolis-based company serving commercial and industrial customers nationwide.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain real-world experience in sales, business development, customer relationships, and business operations.No previous sales experience is required. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential business customers.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Connect with business owners, purchasing managers, and decision-makers.
- Introduce products and services to prospective customers.
- Generate qualified sales leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective customers.
- Assist with customer quotations and sales inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Work closely with experienced sales and account management teams.
Qualifications
- Currently attending college, recently graduated, or pursuing an entry-level sales career.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Basic computer skills.
- Interest in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, or business development.
