Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator (CNC) to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery, performing quality inspections, and working in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to work orders and engineering specifications.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products from machines.
- Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine quality checks using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Communicate production issues or equipment concerns to supervisors.
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to load and unload materials and monitor machine performance.
- Experience making basic machine adjustments as needed.
- Ability to perform quality inspections using measuring tools.
- Experience completing production documentation and work orders accurately.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of CNC machine operating experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
- Experience working in a high-volume production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
