We invite full-time Dispatchers to join our customer-obsessed team in Union, NJ.

As we scale our operations to over 150+ technicians in the next few years, we envision this role will grow into a pivotal mission-control center for the team.

Bonus points if you have experience with ServiceTitan or know the home services space.

• Base pay: $52,000 to $65,000 a year, depending on experience.

• Health: Employee-only medical is $10 a paycheck. Our HRA covers your deductible, up to $4,000 ($8,000 with spouse, dependents or family); after that, coinsurance applies. Employee-only dental is $0. Coverage starts after a 90-day probation. Dependent coverage is available at your cost.

• Retirement: 401(k) for full-time staff through Basic Capital.

You have operated in a dispatcher role for at least 1-2 years.

You are detail-oriented and well organized.

You make people feel comfortable and can build relationships easily.

You are comfortable prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ideally, you have used tools like ServiceTitan before.

First off, you will commit to delivering an exceptional experience for our technicians and customer support representatives. Always.

This role will be focused on dispatching our technicians to customers and ensuring they have accurate records before and after job completion.

Service Professionals serves homeowners across central and northern New Jersey, with shops in Union and Little Falls.
