Key Responsibilities - Perform general home and commercial property repairs and maintenance.
- Handle minor plumbing repairs, fixture replacements, and basic maintenance tasks.
- Perform minor electrical repairs and fixture replacements when legally permitted and qualified.
- Complete drywall repairs, painting, patching, caulking, and finishing work.
- Repair doors, locks, cabinets, hardware, and other household fixtures.
- Assemble furniture and install shelves, curtain rods, and other fixtures.
- Diagnose maintenance issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Travel to multiple job sites and complete assigned work professionally.
