Responsibilities:- Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for the organization's operations, growth, and mission
- Oversee day-to-day business operations across homecare and community service programs
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, funders, and regulatory agencies
- Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal accountability
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior leadership and management teams
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards
- Champion quality improvement initiatives to enhance client care and community impact
- Represent the organization publicly and serve as the primary spokesperson and brand ambassador
Requirements:- Proven executive leadership experience, preferably in homecare, healthcare, or community services
- Strong background in business development, strategic planning, and organizational growth
- Experience managing budgets, P&L, and financial reporting
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and Medicaid/Medicare programs
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree with 4 years experince required; Master's degree with 2 years experience in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and foster an inclusive, mission-driven culture
