Position summaryThe Project Supervisor owns roofing and exterior projects from contract to completion crews, materials, schedule, quality and the homeowner. You are the bridge between our sales team and our production crews, and every project that lands on your desk is yours until it's done right.
This is a leadership seat, not a labor one. You are not on a roof swinging a hammer all day. You are the reason the job finishes on time, passes inspection the first time, and the homeowner calls us again.

Conduct a pre-job walkthrough on 100% of projects before the crew arrives
Conduct a post-installation quality inspection on 100% of projects before the job is called complete
Document every job in CompanyCam before, during and after on the day the work happens
Keep project status, notes and schedule current in AccuLynx daily
Submit change orders through CompanyCam within 24 hours of identifying the need
Projects completed within the scheduled window
Zero recordable safety incidents
Callback and rework rate under [X]%
Runs a crew and holds a standard without being resented for it
Reads blueprints, contracts and material orders and catches the problem before it costs money
Deep working knowledge of roofing installation methods, materials and local building codes
Coordinates crews, material deliveries and subcontractors without letting anything slip
Clear with homeowners explains, doesn't argue, and doesn't disappear when there's bad news
Resolves on-site issues and change orders quickly, and escalates to a direct supervisor rather than guessing
Comfortable working at height and on a roof in all weather
Organized enough to run several jobs at once without a sticky note falling off the dashboard
3+ years of roofing or exterior construction experience, required
1+ years of crew leadership or project management experience, required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, required
OSHA 30 preferred we'll pay for it if you don't have it
Owens Corning Platinum Preferred certification provided
Demonstrated high performance in some arena a trade, the military, athletics, anywhere you had to be good at something and were
