As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll be the friendly face of Kwik Stop, helping customers, operating the cash register, processing transactions, and keeping our store clean, organized, and welcoming. As a Grill Team Member, you'll prepare food, maintain a clean and safe food service area, and help deliver a great experience to every customer.

What You'll DoCustomer Service Team Member (Cashier)
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service to every customer.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Assist customers with purchases and answer questions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store.
- Support daily convenience store operations and work together with your team.
Grill Team Member
- Prepare and serve food while following food safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized grill and food preparation area.
- Deliver quality food and friendly service to customers.
- Support daily grill operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and friendly customer service skills.
- Dependable, reliable, and punctual.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous customer service, cashier, or food preparation experience is a plus, but not required, if applicable to your hiring policy.
